Job Description
Own end-to-end analytics projects—from identifying key business questions across
different domains to driving strategic decisions with data.
Define, monitor, and maintain core business metrics that guide strategy and
evaluation across Product, User Growth, and Commercialization.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, user
engagement, and monetization funnels.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure tracking and
data instrumentation are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, optimize conversion
funnels, identify risks, and inform high-impact business decisions.
Present complex insights and recommendations clearly to technical and
non-technical audiences, driving alignment and action.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with
a track record of influencing business strategy through data.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or
R for data analysis.
Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau,Metabase, Sigma, or
Amplitude.
A strategic mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into
clear, actionable analysis plans.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and managing
multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build collaborative
relationships and solve problems effectively.
