Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and the non-life insurance sector (e.g., property & casualty, health insurance, or commercial lines).
  • Solid experience in actuarial data analysis, pricing models, claims data analysis, and risk management within the non-life insurance domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced statistical models and using predictive analytics to drive business strategy.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with insurance-specific platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities; ability to guide junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
