Responsibilities
Deliver top-notched technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work with client centric mindset.
Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, incident response, technical support events and problem management.
Learn to utilize automated mediums to perform staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment, ultimately enhancing proficiency in automation.
Work together and collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfil client requirements
Attend less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events.
Perform entry level security systems configurations, integrations and automation under supervision
Analyze security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation
Flexible working hours may include occasional overtime or shifts outside of traditional business hours
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience
Strong in interpersonal skills
Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills are an advantage
Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:
- - Basic cybersecurity design and principles and Routing or Switching technology
- - TCP/IP or Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts
- - GitHub, Gitlab Code Repositories and Python or Javascript Languages
- Terraform, Ansible or other IaaC environments
