Member Dispute:
a. Dispute Representative will monitor and acknowledge disputes coming from TransUnion members and consumers regarding the credit report they received from us.
b. Dispute Representative should be able to investigate and provide resolution to the members and consumers within the given TAT.
c. He or she should be able to track all issues and maintain and common tracker.
d. Dispute Representative should be able to provide reports every month to management to know the status of the task.
e. He or she should be able to think and provide process improvementfor the betterment of the work
f. Dispute representative should should always coordinate with the member or consumer to provide updates and status via email or call.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
