Kody, a leading Fintech company focused on revolutionising online payment solutions and financial services for brick-and-mortar businesses, is seeking a skilled Customer Operations and IT Networks Engineer to join our innovative team.

As the Customer Operations and IT Networks Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across customer networks. You will collaborate closely with both our operations team and clients to troubleshoot any issues, enhance system performance, and ensure the reliable delivery of our services. A strong technical background, especially in computer networking, combined with excellent customer service skills is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and client network issues.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to solve technical problems encountered by clients.
  • Work with Customer Operations to deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Kody equipment in customer's sites.
  • Implement network configurations, maintenance routines, and system upgrades to optimise performance.
  • Conduct regular network assessment and security audits to anticipate potential issues.
  • Document processes, system configurations, and any issues encountered during operations.
  • Assist in training clients on system functionalities and performance optimisation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wifi radios, etc.).
  • Experience with network security practices and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining servers and network systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent speaking in: Cantonese, Mandarin and English
