Job Description

Customer Experience Management is responsible for delivering high quality, customer-centric and device-appropriate experiences across all delivery channels / products. Responsibilities may include customer journey mapping, customer research, monitoring KPIs, and working closely with UX design teams. The Consumer Group Services function is responsible for providing operational, service, sales and administrative leadership to consumer business areas. Activities may include ensuring that all sales or customer experience initiatives are successfully deployed across the network.
