We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Development Manager (E-Commerce) to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing and growing key e-commerce accounts, driving online sales, and optimizing brand presence on major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Account Management & Business Development
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms
• Drive business growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and category management.
• Identify new opportunities to expand market share and optimize sales performance.
Sales & Performance Optimization
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
Campaign & Promotion Management
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with e-commerce partners.
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements for future activations.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and resolve potential supply chain issues to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of Ecommerce experience will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing strategies.

Proven track record in driving e-commerce sales and managing high-value accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical skills (strong experience with Excel analysis necessary.

Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly

Excellent team player with an aptitude for sales, and a drive to always deliver on KPIs

Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders.
