Job Responsibilities:
- Execute EM fixed income, rates, and FX products for a broad range of clients.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage.
- Fulfill client requests for market updates and assist with the execution of client orders.
- Interact with clients, manage the trade execution process, and book trades.
- Demonstrate proficiency in identifying market drivers and product terminology.
- Develop a cross-product skill set and show a high degree of interest in learning about other products.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- At least 3 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in financial markets with a natural inquisitiveness to learn new things.
- Ability to assimilate news and market information to form a market view.
- High level of diligence and attention to detail in a high-intensity environment.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities.
- Strong team player with a disciplined approach to process and quality control.
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and self-manage priorities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal partners and clients.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
