Requirements
We are seeking a Senior CTRM Project Manager with strong hands-on experience delivering complex CTRM/ETRM implementations across commodity trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CTRM implementations (discovery through go-live and post-implementation support)
- Manage project governance, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies across global stakeholders
- Act as the primary interface between business users, vendors, and technical teams
- Oversee functional design, data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities
- Ensure delivery aligns with trading, risk, and back-office processes
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of project management experience with multiple CTRM/ETRM implementations
- Strong commodity trading knowledge
- Proven delivery experience with leading CTRM platforms
- Solid understanding of front-to-back trading workflows, risk, settlements, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong delivery mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments
