YOUR NEW ROLE
The CRM Program Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying email, push, and in-app campaigns for the HBO Go, Max transactional, research, service, partnerships, and other non-marketing programs. S/he is an experienced CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner closely with stakeholders from product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to fulfill strategic objectives
  • End-to-end campaign management, including:
    • Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platforms
    • Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
    • Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
    • Deploying campaigns in Braze


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years' experience in CRM operations with an enterprise-level ESP
  • Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience preferred
  • Experience in managing projects through JIRA, Monday or a similar platform
  • Basic knowledge of email and push best practices
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with creative, marketing, product, and business teams
  • Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required
  • Fluency writing and speaking in English is required
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently


Please note that the employment for this position will be payrolled through an external agency vendor. Successful candidates will be employed by our appointed agency and assigned to work with us.
