Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

About the role:

  • Assist in setting up customer communication campaigns across email, push notifications and more.
  • Help clean and organize our CRM platform to ensure campaigns are structured and trackable.
  • Standardize campaign naming conventions to improve team collaboration and reporting.
  • Learn how to use AI tools to work smarter, whether it’s for content generation, QA, or campaign logic.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io experience a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through on execution.
  • Knows how to work smart by using AI.
  • Strong communicator who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing.
  • Familiarity with setting up marketing automation workflows or drip sequences.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Mandarin language proficiency (to verify translations or regional campaign QA).
