Your Team, Your Impact
Credit & Collections is responsible for the extension of credit and payment terms to customers including the prompt collection of billings and periodic forecasting of receipts.What You Can Expect
- Manage a team of Credit & Collection Analysts handling a global AR portfolio of $1B+
- Review and approve customer credit lines
- Ensure collection metrics (e.g., DSO) meet company guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including customers, Sales Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Logistics, and 3rd-party credit bureaus
- Monitor and resolve daily credit holds
- Prepare and update weekly collection forecasts
- Provide periodic reports to Senior Management, including the AR Allowance, AR Reclass, AR Reconciliations and other AR metric reports
- Coordinate periodic AR factoring with partner banks
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or credit risk
- 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles
- Strong skills in financial statement analysis, credit scoring models, and risk assessment are essential
- Experience with forecasting AR collections
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley financial controls
- Ability to communicate credit decisions clearly and collaborate with internal teams (sales, treasury, accounting) and external customers
- Proven ability to lead and mentor credit analysts or collections teams
- Experience with AR factoring including the collection of AR on behalf of the bank
- Experience with Oracle, Highradius, Credit Risk Monitor, and/or Creditsafe a plus
- High level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Ability to maintain composure during a high-volume environment
