About the Role

Are you obsessed with the world of social, spending your days keeping up with the next big trend, and analyzing how and why certain creator-led campaigns go viral?

Do you dream of collaborating with amazing creators, managing campaigns, and helping your favorite brands navigate the exciting influencer landscape?

Then this might just be your dream gig!

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Intern for influencer engagement and project management to jump into our fun and fast-paced Influence Team. You'll get to dive headfirst into the exciting world of Brand x Creator partnerships, helping us connect with incredible influencers telling compelling stories for all sorts of clients. It's a fantastic chance to get real-world, agency-side experience, build your network, and learn a ton from some truly talented folks.

So, what will you actually do?

You'll be a key player in making magic happen in the influencer space. You'll team up with us to dig up amazing creators who fit our clients' needs, help us reach out, negotiate, and build lasting relationships, while supporting our campaign workflows from start to finish. You’ll help brainstorm creative campaign concepts, keeping projects on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly between brands and creators. Plus, we'll count on you to be our resident trend-spotter, keeping us in the loop on all things social media, platform updates, and who's making waves in the creator economy.

Aside from managing creator partnerships, you’ll get to learn how brands think about their marketing strategy and what they need to succeed. You’ll see how Ogilvy’s seasoned marketing experts & creative thinkers build award-winning campaigns for brands, and you’ll get first-hand access to the best and latest tech, tools, and talent in the market.

We'd love to see folks with a genuine, deep-seated passion for social and the creator world. You should be an exceptional, confident communicator, both in writing and when chatting with people, and super organized to keep track of multiple campaigns, deadlines, and client deliverables.

Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is proactive, loves to collaborate, can juggle tasks like a pro, and most importantly, has a genuine excitement for building authentic relationships—both with clients, creators, and the Ogilvy team. If that sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Creator & Client Relationship Management: Assist in researching, identifying, vetting, and building relationships with influencers across various niches and platforms to perfectly match client briefs.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Help coordinate influencer deliverables, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines are met from briefing to final posting.
  • Account Support: Assist with essential day-to-day client service tasks, including drafting status reports, preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and conducting competitor benchmarking or influencer landscape audits for pitches.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Be a core part of the team organizing Ogilvy’s Annual Creator Camp, assisting with event planning, coordination, logistics, and on-the-day execution.
  • Creative Conception & Pitching: Assist in developing influencer strategies, creative campaign concepts, and slides for influence-led proposals and client pitches.
  • Ogilvy Socials Content Development: Help conceptualize and develop internal creative content (photos, videos, copy) to showcase our team’s work and culture on Ogilvy’s own social channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track influencer campaign performance, compile data, and assist in drafting comprehensive post-campaign reports for clients.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates to inspire fresh ideas and keep the team ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Need

  • A Passion for Creators: A deep curiosity and passion for social media, creators, and creative storytelling. You don't need to be a major content creator yourself, but you must have a strong interest in how creator-led content connects with audiences.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: The ability to craft clear, structured, and visually engaging slides using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva to help pitch ideas to clients.
  • Strong Communication & Organization: You are a highly organized multi-tasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can comfortably facilitate conversations across multiple specialists, personalities, and opinions.
  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: You are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to tackle challenges head-on in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Social Native: Familiarity with major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including their unique formats, algorithms, and trends.
  • Basic Creative Skills: Basic hands-on skills in photo and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is ideal.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Knowledge or use of alternative Asia-based platforms like LINE, Xiaohongshu, or Douyin is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with creator commerce platforms like TikTok Shop (even as a consumer!) is a plus.
