As Creative Services Manager for APAC, you’ll work closely with local marketing teams to deliver campaigns and creative assets tailored to regional markets. You’ll partner with Payoneer’s Central Brand & Creative Studio on global initiatives, and collaborate with regional agencies and vendors for local production or adaptation.

In this role, you act as the in-region brand guardian, ensuring all creative output—whether produced by Central or local partners—adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with APAC audiences. You’ll manage the end-to-end creative workflow, including intake, briefing, scheduling, feedback routing, and visibility tracking, keeping projects on time, on budget, and aligned with local market needs.

By bridging local teams, external partners, and Central Studio, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and effectively across the diverse APAC region.

What you will do:

Manage Project Intake and Regional Coordination

  • Own the intake, scheduling, and prioritization of creative requests from APAC marketing teams, ensuring clear briefs and timelines.
  • Collaborate with local teams and Central Creative Studio to define project scope, expectations, and resources for each campaign or asset.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional teams, Central Studio, and external partners—ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Support planning and tracking of high-volume regional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and projects on schedule.
  • Promote transparency and clarity in creative workflows across APAC markets.

Coordinate Creative Delivery and Resources

  • Partner with local marketing teams and regional agencies to deliver campaigns and localized creative assets on time, on brief, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of all creative work.
  • Allocate and coordinate internal and external resources—including freelancers and agencies—optimizing workload and capacity across projects.
  • Maintain oversight of timelines, priorities, and dependencies for campaigns, web updates, and marketing assets across the region.
  • Ensure vendor and partner deliverables meet quality, brand, and market standards.

Maintain Brand Consistency and Improve Regional Operations

  • Serve as APAC brand guardian, ensuring all creative output aligns with global brand standards while reflecting local market needs.
  • Drive improvements to regional workflows, processes, and tools—supporting efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Track campaign and creative project performance, providing visibility on timelines, output quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support the evolution of templates, planning processes, and resourcing models to enable smoother regional delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative culture, proactively addressing challenges and sharing best practices across markets.

Who You Are

  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong operational mindset.
  • A natural communicator and collaborator—able to navigate diverse stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Highly structured, with experience developing and managing complex workflows across functions, time zones, and priorities.
  • Calm under pressure and capable of balancing competing demands with a focus on outcomes.
  • Energized by creating order, improving processes, and enabling creative and all delivery teams to do their best work.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, multi-time zone environment—comfortable in an agile environment with shifting priorities, and an ever-changing marketing landscape.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of brand, creative and marketing ecosystems.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Clear and effective communicator—both written and verbal.
  • User-first mindset—able to step into the audience’s shoes and design with empathy.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills—able to manage multiple deadlines and guide external partners with confidence.
  • Self-motivated and confident in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to inspire, support, and partner with peers across functions and geographies.

 What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or creative services—brand or agency side.
  • Background in a high-performing agency or an established global in-house brand team.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (experience with Asana a plus).
  • Experience managing creative workflows across brand, content, web, and campaign delivery.
  • Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including marketing, product, social, and content.
  • Comfortable leading external creative agency partners or freelancers.
  • Skilled at interpreting creative briefs—and confident enough to challenge and refine them when needed.
  • Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
