Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist in the execution of communication design tasks across various mediums, gaining exposure to diverse brand challenges.
- Support ideation sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and developing your understanding of design strategy within a business context.
- Work alongside our creative and brand teams, observing and learning about team dynamics, client management, and delivering exceptional design under timelines.
- Actively participate in collaborative sessions, assisting in concept development and supporting the planning and execution of visual deliverables.
- Be eager to learn and take on new challenges, supporting the team in achieving the highest creative standards.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Some foundational experience with design software, ideally with basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop skills in efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- A developing portfolio showcasing your passion for design, color, and typography, including personal projects or academic work.
- An eagerness to explore creative problem-solving and understand the crucial role of brand guidelines in design execution.
- The personality to join a fun, relaxed but dedicated collective of people – someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and approaches challenges with a positive attitude.
