RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, wardrobe sourcing, scheduling and engagements with third party agencies for contents related to the e-commerce asset creation
- Working with immediate Studio team to deliver top-quality creative work and supervising an efficient production process through the project life cycle
- Ensuring targets and budgets are tracked, controlled and managed on time and with limited variance
- Contribute to the development, improvement and execution of systems, processes, and best practices
- Deliver projects to schedule, and within agreed budget and actively manage project scopes using contingency and change orders as required
- Provide excellent general administrative support to the daily operations (marketing samples support, data entry and maintain proper records of documentation including provision of all required information
- Samples management including tracking and arrangement of samples delivery for local and/or overseas shoots
- Assist to acquire props, clothes and products appropriate for a wide variety of content types created specifically for each platform's unique needs
- Source and cast models
- Troubleshoot on set when required
- Juggling ad-hoc assignments while maintaining core job scope
REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working as a producer to project manage, lead, and being accountable for the team’s collective success
- Ability to lift loads and manual handling of products efficiently
- Proficient on all Microsoft office software
- Knowledge of video & photo pre- and post- production
- Good understanding of design and creative and corresponding workflow
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
- Able to creatively problem solve on set
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
