Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure timely submission of new contract booking, addition variation order and compliance with current contract booking, estimating policies & approval matrix
-
Ensure all projects review is covered in Monthly Cost Review meeting and perform necessary cost re-estimation on time
-
Work closely with project team to identify the project risk and opportunity
-
Ensure the completion of review and perform dormant contract & Net Asset Exposure (NAE) on quarterly basis
-
Ensure timely review and perform contract close out
-
Perform necessary month end closing activities for job costing and backlog reconciliation
-
Coordinate with oversea customer on export project billing and collection
-
Maintain and update contract booking/completion and estimating policies
-
Liaise and follow up with Genpact on intercompany/ 3rd party on GRNs/Invoice dispute issues

Support for yearly activities - Stock take / statutory audit / Tax requirements

Support month-end closing, accounting reconciliation review and ad-hoc assignment
Requirement
-
Bachelor Degree's in Accountancy / Finance or relevant disciplines
-
Min. 3 years of related working experience
-
Knowledge of long-term contract accounting preferred
-
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also an effective team player
-
Able to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel; good working knowledge of ERP systems

Good written and verbal communication skills; with strong presentation skills
