Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for assisting the team members in administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes Singapore incorporated entities and offshore entities.

Client Service Administrator - Corporate Secretarial team (6 months contract)

Intro:
Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for assisting the team members in administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes Singapore incorporated entities and offshore entities.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the client service team members such as maintaining client records/data, preparing or extracting reports on client activity, handling billing and payment processing activities.
- Preparing and coordinating documents for client engagements including processing activities for onboarding clients and review activities of such onboarded clients.
- Assist with lodging of client corporate documents with ACRA.
- Assist with preparation of templated documents to be adapted in context as directed by the client service team members.
- To receive and process client mails and re-directing appropriately in accordance to client needs.
- Liaising with banks, third party business partners as needed by client service team.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in corporate client servicing practice would be advantageous.
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong sense of responsibility, a good team player and able to work - independently, pro-active client servicing aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of viewpoint will be an advantage
