As a Corporate Development & Strategy Intern, you will support the APAC team on strategic planning, market insights, and M&A-related activities. This internship provides exposure to how strategic initiatives are evaluated and executed within a multinational business environment. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy frameworks, market research, and business case development.

What you will do:

Strategy Support

· Assist in developing strategic frameworks and consolidating inputs for regional growth strategies.

· Support information gathering from internal teams and external sources to help build cohesive strategic narratives.

Industry & Market Research

· Conduct desk research on market trends, industry dynamics, and potential business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., food & beverage, pharmaceutical, beauty, and home care).

· Summarize findings into clear, structured insights for use in strategy discussions.

M&A Pipeline Support

· Help screen potential opportunities by compiling company profiles and basic strategic fit assessments.

· Support the team in maintaining tracking tools and databases for active opportunities.

Financial Analysis

· Assist with simple financial models (e.g., revenue build-ups, benchmarking, comparable company research).

· Support data gathering and preparation of inputs for senior analysts and managers.

Presentation & Materials Preparation

· Prepare slides for internal meetings, strategy discussions, and project updates.

· Help create concise summaries of research, analysis, and project progress for senior stakeholders.

Project Coordination

· Assist in scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and capturing minutes for ongoing strategic or M&A-related projects.

· Support cross-functional coordination (e.g., with finance, marketing, operations) on key tasks or data requests.

Strategic Planning Cycle Support

· Help consolidate market and business information as part of the yearly strategic planning cycle.

· Support preparation of templates, data summaries, and initial drafts of planning documents.

What you will bring:

· Current undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields).

· Able to commit at least 6 months of internship duration.

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn advanced tools and frameworks.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

What you will bring:

· Strong analytical and research skills.

· Basic familiarity with financial concepts; coursework in finance or accounting a plus.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
