As a Corporate Development Intern, you will conduct market research, analyze trends, support M&A data management, and assist the team with various projects.

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
As an intern within the Corporate Development team, you will play a key role in supporting various strategic initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in market analysis and industry research while working on impactful projects in a dynamic regional context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the target industry.
- Gather and analyse data on market size, growth potential and customer demographics.
- Help identify potential acquisition targets and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Vietnam.
- Analyze competitive pricing models and customer reviews to assess market dynamics
- Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Gather and organize data pertinent to M&A deals, including financial statements and operational information.
- Track and report on regional market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Development team as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of M&A processes
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and business environments is preferred.
- Fluent in Vietnamese language
