MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

As an intern within the Corporate Development team, you will play a key role in supporting various strategic initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in market analysis and  industry research while working on impactful projects in a dynamic regional context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the target industry. 
  • Gather and analyse data on market size, growth potential and customer demographics.
  • Help identify potential acquisition targets and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Vietnam.
  • Analyze competitive pricing models and customer reviews to assess market dynamics
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Gather and organize data pertinent to M&A deals, including financial statements and operational information.
  • Track and report on regional market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Development team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of M&A processes
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and business environments is preferred.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese language
