You'll work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that drive business success. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and implement initiatives that drive growth and transformation. You'll need to be able to analyze complex data, think critically, and communicate effectively to drive business outcomes. What you do - Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and transformation - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities - Collaborate with senior leaders to develop business cases and implement initiatives - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers Who you are - A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in a business development or strategy role - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
