Your role will be critical in sourcing top talent, handling volume hiring, and managing exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders and peers across multiple functions.

Your role will be critical in sourcing top talent, handling volume hiring, and managing exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders and peers across multiple functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a recruitment subject matter expert, designing and delivering effective recruiting strategies to develop a diverse, qualified candidate pool.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues on APAC recruiting processes, controls, and policies.
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, refining recruiting strategies based on feedback.
- Demonstrate expert understanding of recruiting needs by participating in client meetings and managing expectations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, and compensation philosophy, promoting both the firm and the opportunity.
- Conduct compensation expectation conversations with hiring managers and candidates to ensure offer closure.
- Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan, understanding diversity goals and presenting a diverse candidate slate.
- Provide meaningful market data to support client needs, leveraging competitor and market intelligence.
- Utilize the full functionality of the applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity and controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or RPO recruiting environment, ideally in Financial Services.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and managing the offer process for multiple levels of positions.
- Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies across all levels.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships and influence business and HR partners.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
- Strong commitment to diversity and shared values, serving as a role model for others.
- Strong knowledge of candidate tracking and employment systems and processes.
- Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills, coupled with business acumen.
- Prior experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to tell a story with data and metrics.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Financial Services recruitment.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with the socio-economic landscape of Japan.
