Corporate Account Manager  – Microelectronics

Role Overview

Microelectronics Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is essential for driving growth in the Microelectronics CTG businesses in Southeast Asia (SEA), managing and developing a portfolio of corporate account customers. This role demands strategic thinking and the ability to establish key partnerships for market expansion, focusing on building and maintaining high-wide-deep relationships with customers, design consultants, contractors, and end-users.

The successful CAM will penetrate and develop strategic relationships and opportunities with both new and existing accounts, building a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth. The CAM will also conduct regular business reviews, create competitive advantages with existing accounts, and support customers’ sustainability goals and key business drivers through targeted improvement projects. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, delivering value, and ensuring that customer needs are met in alignment with the division’s objectives. Demonstrating agility and proactiveness in a fast-paced industry, the CAM will engage with multiple stakeholders and collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical consultants, R&D, and marketing, to support innovation and effectively communicate Ecolab’s total solution approach across various levels within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Review

  • Identify growth opportunities with targeted action lists & resource plans.
  • Develop level deployment plans for divisional programs and initiatives ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and build business reviews at identified accounts at plant, country, and/or divisional level ensuring agreed action plans are delivered.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence, business trends, and competitor activity.
  • Support R&D, marketing, and technical consultants in giving market feedback for innovation development.
  • Organize customer and plant site tours and up-to-date gains/losses reporting.

Account & Contract Management

  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels, including operations, engineering, procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Own corporate-account governance, contract compliance, pricing strategy, renewals and commercial negotiations in line with internal policies.
  • Coordinate Ecolab resources across countries and sites to deliver consistent service, implement commitments and resolve escalated issues.
  • Prepare, finalize, and present customer proposals aligned to internal approval processes (PCAF).

Customer Value Delivery and Documentation

  • Identify, propose, deliver, and document customer value opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to win and deploy innovation.
  • Leverage field, engineering, and support teams to develop plans to improve customer operations.

Special Focus Areas

  • Establish and grow relationships with major corporate accounts in SEA and promote deployment of innovation.  
  • Build and maintain high-wide-deep relationships with customers.
  • Establish a pipeline for CTG business
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities with Ovivo
  • Conduct regular business reviews to enhance service delivery and create competitive advantages.
  • Support TCO projects to improve customer operations and demonstrate value.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams (technical consultants, R&D, marketing) to drive innovation and communicate Ecolab’s total solution approach.
  • Demonstrate agility, proactiveness, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced industry.

Candidate Profile

  • Chemical Engineering / Chemical Degree or similar Engineering background or with Water treatment experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, electronics manufacturing, high-purity manufacturing or another technology-driven industrial environment.
  • Understanding of industrial water treatment and Microelectronics utility systems, such as cooling, pretreatment, reverse osmosis, deionisation, wastewater, reclaim and recycle.
  • Experience coordinating regional or multi-site corporate accounts and collaborating with technical, engineering, R&D, marketing, finance and legal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Enjoys establishing networks, building relationships, and is able to present and speak well.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Experience in the microelectronics industry, preferably with exposure to corporate accounts will be a bonus
