We're Looking For A(n): Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) to manage our A/B testing across different platforms & landing pages. This role will work closely with the Customer Acquisition team to turn website visits into sales by coming up with optimization strategies that fit targeted audience types and campaign goals. Responsible for ensuring quality control before deployments, structuring A/B tests to fit offer needs and analyzing data to provide recommendations to the Customer Acquisition team to improve future testing. Develop new types of funnels to optimize customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive on target Front End Sales Funnel Performance through A/B Testing.
• Partner with cross functional teams to design, develop and recommend changes based on winning test results - including: Marketing, Video Editing, IT, Design and Development.
• Review funnel data in order to improve internal KPIs, including but not limited to, CVR, AOV, LTV, Subscription Rates.
• Create online sales funnels in SalesForce CRM through record creation and management and keep funnels up to date with new wins.
• Analyze performance metrics and test data to both implement meaningful tests along with appropriately calling winners.
• Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan.
• Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
• Create initial, quarterly, and monthly reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the team's processes and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (required)
• 2-3 years' experience managing and optimizing an eCommerce or direct to consumer websites (i.e. content, deliverability, testing and data) (required)
• Experience with A/B Testing (required)
• 3-5 years' experience managing and optimizing an eCommerce or direct to consumer websites (i.e. content, deliverability, testing and data) (preferred)
• Segmentation experience
• Basic HTML/CCS proficiency
• Tableau proficiency
• Certifications in any of the following: Data Analytics, Project Management, UX / UI Design, Ai for eCommerce
• Team leadership or Project Management Experience
• Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc).
• Experience with Google Drive, high competency with Google Sheets
• Project leader, mobilize other departments and keep them on task to accomplish goals.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Ability to independently organize and implement several multi-step projects at once.
• Creative thinking with an eye for web design.
• Ability to analyze data and use basic formulas to determine goal metrics.
• Proficiency in google sheets or excel.
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment particularly when managing tight deadlines or working rapidly under pressure
• Ability to build strong relationships and exercise excellent follow-up with clear communication
• Must have a robust willingness to learn, support, and actively participate in the growth of the business

The base salary range is $75,700.00-$101,000.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
