As a Social Lead, you’ll lead social media and be the day-to-day content creation engine for Theorycraft Games’ first game—SUPERVIVE.


You’ll be the voice, vision-holder, and engine that powers our short-form video content channels, like TikTok and YouTube shorts, working with a scrappy marketing team and enthusiastic devs to (honestly) try a lot of stuff, see what works, and build our presence on these channels from 0 to 1.


If you’re a TikTok native or short-form content creator who loves creating content and thrives in a high-trust, independent working environment and think our culture sounds good, we would love to hear from you!

Ideally, you have:

  • Direct experience creating a wide breadth of short-form content and managing a mid to large-sized TikTok account
  • A discerning eye for what works (or doesn’t) in the TikTok zeitgeist - you know exactly when we’ll be ahead of the curve, right on time, or way too late to join the party
  • A love of the short-form content medium and community - ideally you want to contribute or even lead the conversation, not just hop on the bandwagon
  • The skills, vision, and energy to concept and produce content from idea to post, whether making something for fun that day or working against a campaign/brief
  • A deep understanding of—and empathy for—competitive gaming communities and what drives entertaining developer content in those circles

Bonus points for:

  • A love of team-based competitive games
  • Knowledge of the creator ecosystem on TikTok and relationships with relevant content creators
  • Comfort being on camera and being the face of SUPERVIVE on social

Theorycraft offers competitive base salaries and generous equity packages for full-time employees. As a pre-revenue startup, our base salary range for all roles, including this one, is $80k-$225k. Final base salary will be determined by an array of factors including internal equity, job related knowledge, skills, and work experience.

This position is a fixed term contract, up to 12 months depending on business needs.
