About The Job
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Admin Assistant to join our Product team and support recurring content maintenance tasks.
As an Admin Assistant at Jibble, you'll be responsible for ensuring content accuracy and consistency across platforms. This role requires a high level of precision and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you're organized, self-motivated, and thrive on delivering quality work, then please read on.
What you will do:
- Capture product screenshots in various languages
- Perform light image editing (e.g., cropping, basic annotations)
- Upload and format help articles in WordPress
- Reference UI designs using tools like Figma
Who we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly (e.g., WordPress, Figma)
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Clear written communication in English
- Able to start immediately
