  • Define Tone and Voice by creating a style guide that reflects our existing brand presence in emails and marketing website.
  • Develop Visual Templates (logo, color palette, fonts) to standardize all future documents.
  • Create a Master Content Library with approved text snippets, images, and assets to make document creation fast and consistent.
  • Ensure Consistency between written tone and visual design, delivering a cohesive brand experience.
  • Work Strategically to build a scalable, reusable content system for the future.
  • Build and implement Master Templates that are user-friendly and customizable.

Who are we looking for:

  • Strong ability to combine creativity with structure, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and practical usability.
  • Demonstrated experience in content strategy, design systems, or brand management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver error-free, on-brand content.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
