Job Description

We are currently looking for a management consultant, ideally with no more than 2 year of experience working in operational strategy or change management projects.

As a Consultant, your key responsibilities will be

Key responsibilities:

  • Participating in projects with leading financial institutions, multinationals in FMCG, Luxury companies, in their operational strategy management, change and transformation projects
  • Be an active team member and provide support to Senior Consultants and Managers for the successful execution of client projects
  • Working closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
  • Sharing consulting best practices with the team
  • Prepare material to support business development initiatives

Qualifications

  • No more than 2 years and minimum 6 months of relevant internship / working experience and capabilities in business analysis
  • Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance industries or non-FI in FMCG/luxury 
  • Experience in the management consulting industry is ideal
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering or Science from a reputable and well-established university
  • Master's Degree is an added bonus, but not a must
  • Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and a technology background would be desirable

  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to work with clients and stakeholders.
  • Be articulate and have the ability to clearly structure frameworks and processes.
  • Be organized and have excellent time-management skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and take full ownership and responsibility, when needed.
  • Be passionate at problem-solving and able to effectively influence decisions
  • Have an entrepreneurial mind.
