MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for new applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, and Social Visit Passes.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on the appropriate immigration pass types based on their specific needs and advise on the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation to the appropriate government authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are communicated to clients and their HR representatives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information within the internal database system.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in processing Employment Passes, Social Visit Passes, visa applications, and other immigration-related matters

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s immigration regulations and procedures is essential

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is advantageous
