Job Responsibilities:

Capability Building & Enablement

  • Assist in designing and delivering AI enablement programme, involving initiatives such as clinics, bootcamps, train-the-trainer workshops, and champions networks.
  • Facilitate practical workshops and learning experiences for educators, policymakers, and client stakeholders.

  • Help identify and surface potential adoption blockers such as people readiness, data security, and procedures, and escalate with proposed solutions.

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Assist in the design and implementation of joint initiatives or any other collaborations.
  • Help onboard and coordinate trainers and subject-matter experts from the ecosystem to support programme delivery.
  • Assist in tracking capability OKRs/KPIs (e.g., number of officers trained, teams activated, satisfaction scores).
  • Support after-action reviews and impact assessments; help prepare updates and reports for leadership.
  • Maintain programme data and dashboards to surface trends and insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management, learning & development, capability building, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g. generative AI tools); able to contextualise AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging diverse groups across seniority levels.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently
  • Experience in education, workforce development, or public service domains.

  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) or agile ways of working.
  • Ability to use data and simple analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness.
  • Certifications or practical experience in training, facilitation, or project management (e.g. Training of Trainers, Agile/Scrum, Prince2)
  • A curious and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their applications in education
  • Resilience and flexibility to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and adjust programmes accordingly
