Participate in user support, ticket resolution, troubleshooting across finance, supply, or CRM modules. Contribute to go-live and post-implementation activities. Support workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and client users to gather insights, provide support, clarify issues, and keep delivery on track. Support activities that help users adopt new processes and technologies smoothly.
  • Contribute to Building LC: Take ownership of small tasks and follow through to resolution. Champion internal initiatives that support LC's growth and culture. Demonstrate curiosity, initiative and a commitment to high-quality work. Share learnings and contribute to the team's capability and consulting practice.

These experiences are not required but are an advantage to have:

  • Familiarity with accounting workflows, saved searches, or dashboards.
  • Internship experience in consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement.
  • Experience assisting with user support, ticket triage, or system-related troubleshooting.

We know that capability determines what you can do, but attitude determines how well you do it.
