What you’ll do:

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders 

  • Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams 

  • Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, develop action plans, leading program mobilization efforts, and providing advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program 

  • Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements 

  • Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change 

  • Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes, including stakeholder assessments and communications 

  • Foster organization-wide collaboration in solving problems 

  • Engage and work with senior stakeholders 

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent or Relevant experience supporting cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.  

  • Experience supporting transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, KPI measurement, benchmarking, stakeholder management, financial management 

  • Requires 6 – 10  years of relevant experience 

 

Preferred: 

  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification 

  • Lean Six Sigmaor equivalent improvement framework 

  • Change management experience 

  • Management Consulting experience 

  • Advanced facilitation skills 

  • Previous experience in the technology industry and/or one of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations, Product Management & Support / Services.

  • Influence and negotiation skills: ability to build strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders to shape programs from high level objectives, address concerns and effect change. 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
