We are looking for a Compensation Specialist, AP to join us.
Based in Singapore, you will report to the Manager, Regional Compensation Asia Pacific.
Your Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable across all government regulations governing the compensation policies in different countries in SEA & APBC.
- Develop and provide support for the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programmes that are cost-effective
- Manage survey process - participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to determine our competitive position.
- Provide data insights to address specific pay market concerns.
- Prepare salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, and practices.
- Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Lead and prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.
- Familiarity with Workday - maintain on processes to ensure integrity of eligibility data within Workday.
- Partner with other team members to provide compensation support and recommendations.
- Lead compensation related projects.
- Perform periodic data audits to ensure data accuracy.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 5 years of related experience in technology or related industry
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market pricing
- Demonstrate ability in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Work with internal HR partners to support our priorities
- Bachelors' Degree in any stream
- An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolve wide range of complex issues
