About the role


We are looking for a Community Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance our community engagement, drive brand loyalty, and ensure a positive experience for our users. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community, such as AMAs, community events, influencer outreach, and interactive polls.
  • Moderate community channels to keep them free of spam, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and proactively managing for channel growth.
  • Collaborate on broader marketing, community, and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Work closely with the development team on product rollouts, updates, and announcements to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Liaise with Business Development departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management and team members.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Keep the Communications team updated with regular reports on community activities and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Passion for DeFi and a solid understanding of the crypto, blockchain technology and web3 ecosystem. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Passionate self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Asia or Europe time zones are preferred.
