This role ensures robust communication and translation governance, development, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, it expands the language portfolio with automated tools and aligns MGS P&O communications with strategic objectives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position is pivotal in promoting, quality, and innovation in global communication & translation processes.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for automating translations across the organization which will be applicable across all our service channels: Voice, Chat, Search.

  • Engaging with key stakeholders to align translation and communication strategies, solutions and processes aligned with business goals and objectives.

  • Developing and documenting detailed requirements for automated translation processes and tools.

  • Working closely with the technology teams to select, pilot and implement automated translation solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Leading initiatives to innovate the translation and communication space within the organization, focusing on end-to-end automation and efficiency.

  • Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks and structures to ensure the quality and consistency of translations across the function.

  • Assisting in expanding the P&O communication language portfolio by transitioning from external vendors to in-house automated tools and solutions.

  • Providing training and support to teams on new translation tools and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.

  • Working with Centers of Excellence, P&O leaders, and content owners to manage and translating pre-aligned, relevant P&O communications sent to associates, ensuring implementation of governance.

  • Managing the creation and/or verification and deployment of meaningful, engaging, and relevant Associate-centric communications via multiple channels, including MyP&O mailbox and Portals (ServiceNow + Workday People Experience) home pages.

  • Following processes and maintain guidelines to ensure translations retain their original meaning and meet style and tone of voice requirements. If required ensure verification of translated content Is done with support of P&O Operations teams.

  • Supporting effective relationships with external vendors, including translation agencies, to ensure translations are delivered on-time and on-budget.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in linguistics, human resources, communications, information management, library science, business, or a relevant field.

  • Demonstrated experience in communication and translation management within a global organization, with a focus on automated and AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong understanding of automated translation tools and technologies, including experience collaborating with technology teams to implement such solutions.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from development to execution.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels to align strategies with business goals.

  • Familiarity with communication governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in global communication processes.

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones to achieve results in an international operating environment.

  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and promoting the adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Fluent English.
