Your Team Responsibilities

As Sustainability & Climate Regional Commercial Product Head, APAC, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success, regional strategy, and client adoption of our sustainability and climate solutions across the APAC region. This senior role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy, ensuring that global sustainability offerings are effectively positioned, localized, and scaled to meet regional client needs and regulatory environments. 

You will act as the regional owner and ambassador for sustainability and climate products, partnering closely with global product teams, sales, research, and marketing to deliver growth, deepen client relationships, and reinforce our leadership in sustainable investing and climate risk solutions. 

You will be part of the broader Sustainability & Climate leadership community, working closely with global product management, regional sales teams, research, marketing, and client coverage. In APAC, you will serve as the primary commercial interface for sustainability and climate solutions, translating complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions for clients. 

This role requires strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills, as you will coordinate across regions, cultures, and functions to ensure consistent execution and commercial impact. 

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the regional commercial strategy for Sustainability & Climate products across APAC, aligned with global product vision and regional growth objectives. 
  • Drive revenue growth, client adoption, and market penetration of sustainability and climate solutions in the region. 
  • Act as the regional subject-matter leader for sustainability and climate offerings, supporting client conversations, senior stakeholder engagement, and complex sales opportunities. 
  • Partner with sales and client coverage teams to articulate product value propositions, competitive positioning, and use cases tailored to APAC markets. 
  • Provide structured market and client feedback to global product teams to inform product roadmap, localization needs, and innovation priorities. 
  • Monitor regional market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics related to ESG, climate risk, and sustainable investing. 
  • Collaborate with research, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products are positioned appropriately within regional regulatory frameworks. 
  • Lead and contribute to external-facing activities, including client presentations, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Track and report on regional performance metrics, including commercial outcomes, client engagement, and pipeline development. 
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
  • Significant experience in financial services, with a strong focus on sustainability, climate or responsible investment solutions. 
  • Proven track record in commercial product leadership, business development, or client-facing roles within asset management, data, analytics, or index providers. 
  • Strong understanding of sustainability and climate concepts, including sustainability metrics, regulatory trends, and market practices, particularly within APAC. 
  • Ability to translate complex product and research capabilities into clear commercial narratives for diverse client audiences. 
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively across global, matrixed organizations. 
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to driving growth. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both internal leadership and external clients. 

Experience working across multiple APAC markets and cultures is highly desirable
