Join our best in class Investor Access Team in Hong Kong as an Executive Director, leading the origination and execution of investor access events across APAC. This role offers significant career growth and the opportunity to build strong relationships with investors and corporate management. You will collaborate with various teams to develop impactful strategies and manage diverse events, ensuring adherence to protocols and providing onsite support.
As an Executive Director in the Investor Access team, you will spearhead the development and execution of investor access events and touchpoints. You will work closely with research, sales, banking, events, regional investor access teams and the broader Client Intelligence and Solutions organization to create strategies that enhance investor engagement. Your role is pivotal in promoting investor access products and managing events that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse origination and execution team across the APAC region• Lead the origination and execution of investor access events across APAC region.• Collaborate with research, sales, and regional teams to develop investor access strategies.• Build and maintain relationships and influence with investors and corporate management.• Manage large scale conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, and bespoke trips.• Support regional and global events• Manage and maintain well balanced and effective investor and corporate schedules• Provide onsite senior leadership, escalation and management of events• Drive technology and data industrialization efforts to maximize future events and resource allocation• Plan and manage event budgets.• Senior leadership coordination on yearly budget, event origination, technology initiatives etc

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Relevant working experience in Investor Access, Events and/or Financial Industry.
- Team leader with excellent multitasking skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
