The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale.www.dentsu.comWe are hiring a Commercial Finance Analyst for a 1-year contract role based in Malaysia or Philippines, supporting regional countries.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a balance of financial analysis and business partnering in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of budgets and analysis of variances.
- Assist with weekly pipeline reporting and preparation of sales decks for pipeline meetings.
- Support tax filing and relief applications as required.
- Assist in client contract reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor overdue items, identify underlying issues, and provide regular reporting.
- Escalate and follow up on long outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Handle ad-hoc finance and business support tasks as assigned.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across regional teams
