Design and lead enterprise cloud architectures and migrations, collaborate with sales and SMEs to develop solutions and proposals, run requirements and design workshops, ensure secure, scalable implementations, oversee integration across cloud and on-prem systems, and support project governance and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales and Competency Heads to develop account strategies and drive cloud adoption opportunities across key accounts.
- Understand customers’ business objectives, existing IT environments, operational challenges, and cloud transformation requirements.
- Identify gaps and improvement areas within customers’ infrastructure, applications, and cloud architecture, and collaborate with internal SMEs to design effective and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain cloud technology roadmaps aligned with customers’ business and digital transformation goals.
- Lead the technical engagement for customer bids and proposals, including solution architecture, bill of materials (BOM), scope of work (SOW), effort estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical direction for complex cloud transformation and migration projects.
- Lead requirements analysis and solution design workshops to ensure proposed solutions meet both business and technical objectives.
- Drive end-to-end cloud solution design covering infrastructure, networking, security, identity, monitoring, resiliency, and governance.
- Provide oversight during implementation to ensure solutions are deployed according to architecture standards, best practices, and security requirements.
- Lead integration design across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments to ensure seamless interoperability and solution delivery.
- Assess project risks, technical constraints, and operational impacts, and make architectural decisions to mitigate delivery and implementation risks.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guides, and operational handover documents.
- Support Project Managers in stakeholder engagement, technical governance, and customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications
- At least 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a cloud architecture or solutioning role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and hybrid cloud technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions and migration strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, including handling complex technical escalations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing or supporting large-scale enterprise projects across multiple technology domains.
- Familiarity with regulated industries and enterprise environments such as CII, FSI, or commercial sectors is advantageous.
- Positive working attitude, strong ownership mindset, and passion for cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
