Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy medical clinic. This role involves a combination of front-desk administration, patient coordination, and clinical assistance to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and referral bookings;
  
• Handle enquiries via phone and assist with patient coordination;
  
• Perform billing, cashiering, and claims processing;
  
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures;
  
• Dispense and pack medications under appropriate supervision;
  
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, inventory levels, and infection control standards;
  
• Support general administrative duties and other operational tasks as assigned.
  

• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service environment is advantageous;
  
• Comfortable using computers and clinic management systems;
  
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  
• Positive attitude with a patient-focused mindset;
  
• Reliable team player who is organised and detail-oriented;
  
• Ability to commence work at short notice is an advantage.
  

• Weekday night shifts until 10:00 PM;
  
• Ability to work 1 weekend half-day shift would be an advantage.
