Responsibilities
We are seeking a
friendly, organised, and customer-focused Clinic Assistant to support
the daily operations of a busy medical clinic. This role involves a combination
of front-desk administration, patient coordination, and clinical assistance to
ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.
- Manage patient
registration, appointment scheduling, and referral bookings;
- Handle enquiries via
phone and assist with patient coordination;
- Perform billing,
cashiering, and claims processing;
- Assist doctors during
consultations, examinations, and minor procedures;
- Dispense and pack
medications under appropriate supervision;
- Maintain clinic
cleanliness, inventory levels, and infection control standards;
- Support general
administrative duties and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Prior experience in a clinic,
healthcare, or customer service environment is advantageous;
- Comfortable using computers and
clinic management systems;
- Able to multitask and work
effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude with a
patient-focused mindset;
- Reliable team player who is
organised and detail-oriented;
- Ability to commence work at short
notice is an advantage.
- Weekday night shifts until 10:00
PM;
- Ability to work 1 weekend
half-day shift would be an advantage.
