Your Tasks

  • You will play a key role in managing and growing our client portfolio across South Korea. Working closely with our Sales Managers, you will identify strategic opportunities to deliver meaningful value and outcomes for clients

  • You will be responsible for nurturing relationships throughout their subscription lifecycle by consistently delivering outstanding client experience and demonstrating the ongoing value of their subscription.

  • As a trusted partner, you are expected to develop a deep understanding of the clients’ business goals, continuously identify opportunities to add value to their decision-making process by mapping their data needs to Statista’s capabilities

  • You are the voice of our clients. By listening intently to your clients, you will gather client’s feedback to work closely with cross functional teams on collaboration or engagement activities towards client retention

  • Your will maintain records of client activity and account status, includes regular reporting on client portfolio
    Your Profile

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in customer-facing role (e.g. Account Management, Customer Success, Client Service or Customer Relations)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean language

  • Client centric and eager to build strong, meaningful partnership with clients

  • Demonstrated ability in managing and expanding client portfolios, with measurable success in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships

  • Prior experience working with clients from diverse industries or syndicated research will be an added advantage

  • Genuine passion to understand clients’ business and strong intellectual curiosity for market or industry trends and development

  • Detailed oriented and well organized in your workflows - ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently for the client portfolio you’re responsible for

  • Self-motivated and a proactive team player

  • You thrive in agile, fast paced environments, and embrace the challenges of rapidly expanding business
