About the Team:

The Expert Call Services team in Singapore is composed of Analysts and Client Research Managers, playing a critical role in driving business growth across the APAC region. As a dynamic group of skilled professionals, the team works closely with our GTM function to deliver exceptional results for our clients by supporting all of their research needs. The team is looking to grow substantially in 2025 and hoping to bring on eager candidates who thrive in fast paced environments. About the Role: 

CRM's consistently deliver value to clients by learning about their priorities and preferences, building trust, and guiding them on how to best leverage the Tegus content platform and expert call services, ultimately ensuring that Tegus is an irreplaceable part of their research process. They work with the world’s leading hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and asset managers, helping them make well-informed decisions and reduce risk while saving valuable time and money. Tegus is redefining the industry standard on investment research through our high performance culture, and our ability to engage industry experts, contributing to the growth of Tegus’s content platform, and disrupting the status quo in the investment research/expert network industry.

What You’ll Do: 

  • CRMs serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related work coming from their clients, and as the “quarterback” for their pod of analysts to ensure their clients receive high quality experts within a reasonable time frame
  • Responsible for the satisfaction of 30-50 Tegus clients
  • Overseeing multiple call projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, and providing regular updates to clients and feedback to analysts
  • Occasionally working cross-functionally with other departments, including Product & Design, Sales, and Compliance, to provide feedback and ideas on how we can improve the client and employee experience

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years experience in client success, account management, customer-facing project management, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with multiple clients within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude (we have fun here, we want you to also!)
  • Coachable, with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Thirst for learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well within a team to motivate drive and take pride in your team's successes
