Client Relationship Associate, APAC

This is a great job for someone who has an understanding of the APAC Distribution landscape, including institutional investors in the pension and insurance channel, discretionary fund management and private banking.

A bit about the job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our APAC Distribution team, based in Singapore. In this role, you will support our Client Relationship and Sales Directors in servicing existing clients, developing new business, and engaging directly with clients in line with our APAC strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional client servicing, proactively following up after meetings, and driving opportunities through the pipeline to support asset raising. You’ll help broaden relationships by connecting with stakeholders beyond the primary contact, track ongoing activities to maintain momentum, and assist in creating and distributing marketing campaigns in collaboration with Investment Directors, Sales Directors, and Marketing colleagues. Additionally, you’ll ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams so that presentation materials and sales collateral are tailored and effective, while acting as a liaison between sales and other business areas to coordinate responses to prospective client requests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the APAC distribution landscape, particularly across institutional investors, discretionary fund managers, and private banking clients, who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working in business distribution.

  • Good understanding of public markets and investment products. Understanding of private markets an advantage.

  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills and strong written/verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyse client, market and regulatory trends.

  • Currently working towards IMC, CAIA or CFA, or equivalent.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Eligibility for annual performance bonus

  • Generous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays with the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days

  • Aviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme

  • 21 volunteering hours per year
