Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager, with a strong background in integrated media planning and account management, with well-rounded experience in both offline and online media channels. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns. Passion for people is a key component, with mentorship and growth of the team being cornerstones of the role. The role will involve coordination with local market teams within APAC and innovative pan-regional projects for the Global Fintech brand, as well as the planning and execution of strategic campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intra-network stakeholders, and third party media vendors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategic plans to meet client objectives, utilizing both offline and online media channels.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate efforts across various media channels, including digital, social, programmatic, influencers and outdoor.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including performance, media activation, data & analytics, strategy and partnerships, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging media channels to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Priority on People: Ensure mentorship and growth opportunities for the team under your charge, building a strong, cohesive unit.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in media agency), with a focus on account management, media planning and campaign execution.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of both offline (Outdoor) and online media channels (e.g. Meta, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Programmatic, Search, Paid Influencers etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools i.e. Campaign Manager 360
Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves)
- Experience in Performance Marketing, Search, E-commerce, Affiliate marketing or Social Content Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience in B2B Marketing channels and lead generation campaigns.
