Role Overview
The Client Execution Trading role is responsible for managing trade order lifecycle and workflow to optimize client experience. In this position you will have the opportunity to expand the breadth of your expertise while working with sales traders, quantitative researchers, and development teams across a variety of asset classes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire order and execution lifecycle for the Citadel Execution Services client franchise.
  • Monitor, design and enhance trading workflows across NMS Equities, OTC Equities, Options, and the broader client trading platform.
  • Drive improvement and change for a best-in-class trading platform to facilitate business expansion and readiness for market structure changes.
  • Design and build enhancements to monitoring tools and trading components.
  • Use data analysis methods to identify new opportunities to drive profitability and market share.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-7 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other data analysis tools
  • Operational leadership and strong interest in trading and technology
  • Effective problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making
  • Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $300,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
