Job Description
Client Engagement & Support
Assist Client Advisors (RMs) in client interactions by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Maintain high standards of client service through proactive communication and follow-up.
Transaction Processing
Ensure timely and accurate execution of banking and investment transactions, including:
Trade order taking and execution
Account onboarding and static data maintenance
Asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing
Financial Advisory Support
Provide ongoing support in financial advisory services by:
Compiling and distributing marketing materials, research publications, and investment product information
Responding to client inquiries related to investment products and high-conviction recommendations
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manage client documentation, reports, and account-related information.
Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure completion of required actions.
Administrative & Team Support
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to enhance overall team efficiency and client service delivery.
Participate in team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Escalate service or compliance issues to relevant internal stakeholders as necessary.
Mentorship & Project Participation
Provide guidance and mentorship to new CAAs when required.
Contribute to ad hoc projects such as system UATs, process improvement initiatives, and focus groups.
