What You’ll Do :

As a Client Account Manager on the Large Client Solutions team, you’ll become a true X expert and use your knowledge to simplify the platform and innovate to create global marketing solutions for clients from the APAC region. By helping our top clients find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and timely campaigns on X, you’re shaping their participation in the public conversation.

  • Educate and consult to demonstrate how to use X’s advertising products, best practices and how to develop effective campaigns.

  • Drive consistency by building processes with your book of business - Daily Rev pacing, Campaign Monitoring, Sharing Optimisation ideas, Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards.

  • Revenue monitoring and pacing of clients campaigns. 

  • Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high quality customer experience.

  • Work closely with the Client Partner on maintaining revenue, pitch support, provide analytical insights/reports, and upsell clients.

  • Develop regular engagement with account & agency teams with Office Hours, update sessions, training sessions, day to day POC, and upselling.

  • Strengthen relationships, win with proactivity - e.g. finding creative solutions to the newest, toughest challenges that clients are facing, and being the enabler between the client and the agency team for fast-paced change.

  • Sourcing and working with external or solution partners to improve productivity/efficiencies or solve a client challenge.

  • Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high quality customer experience.

  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Providing feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform

  • Managing contracts & renewals, assisting Sales Finance with payables and collections.

  • Mentoring new team members as our organization grows.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Analyze and improve campaign metrics using X Tools.

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.

  • Experience with MS Office applications, Google Office Apps etc.

  • Track record for being highly organized and structured.

  • Must have a strong understanding of the digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.

  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.

  • Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decisions.

  • Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers. Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.

  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.

  • Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage in order to speak with our clients in the China region
