To provide administrative support to Claims team.

Job Description:

  • Register claims within timelines established, ensuring all data are entered accurately.
  • Manage claims mailbox for incoming submissions.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondences, including sorting, scanning, mailing and arranging for courier services. Ensure a log of all outgoing documents is maintained.
  • Contact Financial Consultant and customers for claim cheque collection.
  • Follow up on Grant and Court Order to facilitate claims payment.
  • Generate letters for claims with instalment payments due.
  • Making phone calls to clinics/hospitals for validation and follow up with medical institution for information/documents and on any outstanding requirements required for claims processing.
  • Provide administrative support in retrieval and return of original documents to customers.
  • Support the team in administrative and operational duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Experience

  • Passed English and Mathematics with good credit

Education

  • Minimum GCE “A” levels or Diploma holder

Language
