We are seeking a visionary Chief Scientist with a PhD in Cryptography, ideally a professor from a top university, to lead our efforts in cryptographic innovation. This role is foundational to developing secure, advanced protocols that support the security, scalability, and privacy requirements of our decentralized compute systems.
- Lead research and development of cryptographic protocols for secure data sharing, storage, and computation in a decentralized environment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design secure, efficient mechanisms supporting our decentralized infrastructure.
- Develop strategies for scalable, privacy-preserving computation and user verification systems.
- Publish research findings and represent the company in academic and industry conferences.
- Mentor and collaborate with in-house engineering teams to implement cryptographic solutions at scale.
- PhD in Cryptography, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Current academic appointment (preferred), with a track record of research publications in top-tier journals and conferences.
- Proven expertise in cryptographic protocols, decentralized networks, and secure multi-party computation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
