Summary: Directly reporting to Sales and Marketing Director, The Channel Manager plays a key role in improving channel support for international resellers and Distributors. This role supports our channel-driven sales organization and the growing network of partners.

Job description

• Acting as the single point of contact and providing high level of support to ESET distributor.
• Territorial administration, development of new strategic accounts, relationships development, presenting in public, representing ESET at various events.
• Understand the competitive landscape of endpoint security market in assigned territories.
• Responsible for preparing (with the distributor) yearly business plan and key development targets.
• Development and execution of sales and marketing strategy for the designated regions.
• Help develop new channels of distribution (MSP, ISP, E-tail).
• Working closely with technical sales to provide training and education on ESET products to the partner and their resellers.
• Working closely with marketing to create and develop campaigns to drive sales, analyze market intelligence reports, planning and keeping track of MDF usage per territory.
• Responsible for contract management and resolution of any outstanding issues.
• Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
